Bidrage med feedbackGreat freaking burgers all day.Just confused why you have such a yummy burger but the fries are worse then the ones we had in elementary.Wish you guys would own that and possibly make some better fries . Def would come way more often.Either way burger is delicious ?
Our first time here. First impression wasn 't too god. Lady at the front had a hard time understanding our order and didn 't know the type of cheese used (American). She got confused when we said no mayo and had to delete our order and start again. This is from a place that says custom built burgers. Hamburger patty a little on the thin side. When I inquired about a veterans discount I was told no. Most restaraunts have a discount. So I guess this one is no going to be a return visit.
The girl at the register that took our order was really nice. They were out of grilled chicken, so I ordered ahimsa tuna instead. My son had a burger and my husband had a Cobb salad. The lettuce was bad and wilted on or salads and I enjoyed the food at other locations more. I tipped 20% at the register and noticed I had a service fee of $7.00 in addition to my $6 tip. Check your receipt. I basically tipped $13 for fast food that was mediocre at best.
In all fairness, the food I tried was exceptional for fast food. My wife and I had the double char, fries, onion rings, and coke. We ordered two double char burger meals and a side of onion rings. When the order was complete, we sat down to eat. Then, right away, we noticed the burgers were single patty burgers. We ordered doubles.I took the tray to the counter to complain. This is where it went south. I told the lady what happened, showed her the receipt, which clearly showed we paid $12.79 each for the double char burger meals, and she promptly tried to convince me that we ordered a single or that that’s the way they came, not sure which as the whole exchange was very bizarre. But, to compensate us, she offered to give us two meat patties, and we had to put the meat on our sandwich ourselves. This, of course, was shocking to us. Rather than apologize and replace the burgers as any other food establishment would, she wanted to argue that it was our fault and that we should accept her offering of two meat patties on a plate to add to our burger. The fact that that was even offered like that was insulting. So, I insisted they make new burgers. She tossed the two they'd made in the trash and told me she'd bring them out when they were done. Almost 15 minutes later, and no burgers. I went to the counter to see what the hold-up was. The lady who assisted me talked to the burger flipper person, and he told her he had forgotten. They still needed to be started. The burger guy grabbed four cooked meat patties and quickly made two burgers while I stood there, and they were handed to me. It was not that busy today.Today, many people in the retail food industry don't realize that customer service is more about the experience you receive when you dine out than anything else. We were told about this place by a friend who insisted it was a great place. We drove over 40 miles round trip specifically to go there. First time out and the experience we were handed ruined the whole meal.
I bought the steak burgers. With teriyaki. And the meat was raw. Crazy how good you guys used to be. Now i can't see myself ordering from this place. I'm sure nothing here is fresh but you guys can't even serve cooked meat. I remember when restaurants used to be shut down for these kind of health safety violations. What a joke.Food: 1/5
