The Blind Onion Pizza Pub - Sparks

Had to request a refund after waiting 45 minutes for 2 slices of pizza. Management should anticipate lunch as a busy period but one person was making food. The cashier even had to turn away a full line to the door of business because of the lack of ability to keep up. This place is a must try. Awesome pizza, great people, nice drink selection. My buddy spent 3.5 years stationed in Italy and when he came home he wanted blind onion pizza. That should tell you everything you need to know. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

9.5.23: My friend and I stopped in for a bite to eat before going to a music show a couple doors down at The Ranch House. There were seats available at the bar and the ambience was cool and the employees were nice and friendly. We both got the special deal of a super slice (actually 2 decently sized sizes) and a soda. We both went with the classic cheese topping. Blind Onion never disappoints and have easily mastered their cook on a cheese pizza. Of course the braided crust is my fav and pairs so well with their signature side of honey. We also got an order of the garlic bread sticks and they were hot, soft, garlic'y, and delicious. They offer brews on tap and a variety at that and if you're into cocktails, they have a huge selection of different hard liquors. There's a big TV and they had the baseball game on.
