Starbucks - Spanish Fort

Got a caramel crunch creme frappe and by the time I took a sip after driving away I realized they put no flavor in my drink, all I got was a small amount of caramel drizzle on top of the whipped cream. It was literally just milk and ice blended together but I had somewhere to be so no sense in waiting in that long line again. this store has messed up my order several times unfortunately so I’ll just go to the one in jubilee square only. Very friendly staff who make sure your order is correct. They genuinely felt happy to be working together and at this location making the atmosphere enjoyable. The togo hot food was packed together while the cold food is packed separately. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch

I drop into this location occasionally to order food and I have never had any issues. Everyone has always been really fast and efficient. I am writing today because on Friday I visited to buy a new mug. I needed to replace one that I damaged. I was thinking I was still in time to get the 50%off they offered for the holidays. However the deal ended on December 25th and I came in on the 29th. I was so disappointed. I explained this to the young cashier I did not get his. He was young and blonde I think. Anyway, he took the time to help me find a cup that was still on their mark down list. I was so so happy and I appreciated the customer service so much ! They are always kind but this was over the top! Thank you ! I added a picture of my cup so that hopefully he will remember me. I won't forget him and his kindness. I didn't order any food that day but I haven't had anything so far that I didn't like.

This is a solid Starbucks, good service, they always get it right.
