The Draft House Tower Bridge

The burger I ordered was nearly raw when served. The waitress promptly took care of the issue and ordered a replacement, but it took almost an hour for the chef to cook another. The waitress was very attentive and apologetic throughout the ordeal. There was only one bartender and the waitress working on a busy night, resulting in long waits for drinks. I have been a local resident for 35 years and have noticed a decline in the pub's service over the past year. The waitress should be promoted to management, while the chef should be let go. Although the cost of the burger was refunded, the evening was ruined as my family had to wait a long time for my replacement burger to arrive after they had finished eating.

Can't even be bothered to waste any more time on this place writing a review longer than this. Awful, pathetic food. Beer is mediocre but the service and food couldn't be worse. Chilli was the worst most over-salted I've tasted (including my failed attempted). Advice is to stay away.

Good beer and good atmosphere service was a little slow but very friendly service. Didn't eat but the drinks were good

Now the Tower Bridge Arms, Brewdog. Staff friendly, beer and food very good. Service sooooooo slooooow... Need to wright more to get review added..
