The food was not impressive, the rolls were large but had very little kofta. They could have added an extra skewer and charged more, or made the bread smaller so it didn't feel like eating bread and lettuce. The chips were tasty, but the chicken rolls could have had more chicken. I don't plan on returning because the restaurant did not seem clean and I found a hair in my sandwich after I brought it home. It was a terrible experience.

Lunch was the best middle eastern food I have ever had. Not a fan of haloumi but this was delicious. Highly recommend a visit. And very well priced

We ordered a feast for my husband's 50th birthday celebrations and it was a huge hit! We had so much food and everyone loved it. The flavours are incredible. Highly recommend Le Star.

Starting off, their menu on Uber eats is different to their actual menu. So we ordered two family meals... and neither came with chips. We rang the restaurant who said “not our problem, Uber has the wrong menu”. Poor attitude. Also the food in general was very poor. Salad was basic, chicken seemed like it had been cooked in the oven and then placed under the grill to get the “char”. Certainly didn’t taste like proper charcoal. I am surprised that this place has good reviews; bar must be set low in Surfers.

I ordered the butter paneer “hot” was very nice and spicy just how I like it, all I’d say is maybe add a bit more cheese to the cheesy garlic naan, other than that it was good and I will be back next time I’m in goldy.
