Bidrage med feedbackThe service was very disorganized and long wait between the curses. they didn't even have a recording of our open table booking. had to get up and find someone who paid at the end. they seemed to have run out of many things and second attempt in an initial order of the tomaten soup turned out to be lauch and kartoffel. the waiter has not noticed it yet announced as a tomatensuppe. Apparently, there was no senf of description on site. The food quality we have reached was in order, we noticed many other diners getting Brussels spears, also with gammon and iron, as this was the only vege they had left at 6.30 in the evening. we stay and eat in holiday inn as its very favorable location and eating is reasonable quality whatever it may be
We stayed at the hotel for just one night to catch a show in the city and booked the dinner, bed, and breakfast package. It offered great value for money, featuring a three-course menu that was pre-selected, freshly prepared, and of high quality. We would definitely do it again!
Unfortunately, the customer service at the reception was lacking. While the staff were not rude, they were not particularly helpful either. It seems that certain training for the reception personnel is needed.
When we arrived, we were informed that they weren't affiliated with OpenTable, despite having received a message from the hotel indicating we needed to book through OpenTable for dinner. The staff was not welcoming and, in fact, was quite abrupt in their manner. Several dinner options on the already limited menu were unavailable. A service fee was added to the bill without any prior notice. We had to stand and wait for several minutes to pay our bill, with no employees in sight. The food was expensive but very good, though it was unfortunately overshadowed by the poor service from the senior dining room staff.
