Burger King - Southampton

I lived five minutes of this place for eight years and about 40% of the time that my order was right, the manager apparently did not know how to manage because my order was wrong I was so angry that again my order wrong I ordered a big king and a chicken sandwich and said I have a quarter pound burger, and a fish sandwich, that is crazy! they get it constantly wrong each time

Staff refuses to accept coupons from the app. they also can't count (ask for 3 ketchup, get 1) then become rude and indignant when asked for 2 more. imagine arguing over a ketchup packet. lazy and more interested in chatting at the counter than actually working.

Food was great. Hot juicy fresh. I was having problems with their app and it 's special offers. Employees were no help I asked one if the offers listed on the app for the location I was in were valid. She said no they were not available. Turns out that was a lie. Paid almost double the Burger King DEAL price. Then asked the manager/ supervisor where the napkins were. She said in your bag. They were not so she kindly gave me more. I said thanks. In polite even when others aren 't. Won 't go back. Too bad, as I said the food was hot and fresh. Oh well.

You definitely have it your way! Rapid order section where you choose how you want your burgers . Clean and very polite. The one thing we did notice was that the service was slow, but food was fresh
