Thai On The Rocks - SOUTH WEST ROCKS

We had dinner here, easy to find just around the corner off main street and was close to our accommodation at the caravan park. Typical Thai restaurant, lots of people dining here, so a good sign. We enjoyed our meal and would go back next time we are visiting.

Surprised to see this place booked out for several days, but eventually we scored a table for two.And what a surprise. What fantastic food for a small country restaurant. Good serves. Good prices. On our next visit I would not miss dinner at Thai on the Rocks

We got takeaway and ordered pad Thai which was nice but the chilli garlic and basil had dry basil flakes no fresh chilli like it stated and tasted like a pepper sauce and the Thai fried rice was super oily. I did have high expectations tho after reading all these other wonderful review's

We bought take away and it really is the best Thai you could ever imagine in a country town. I am used to having really good Thai in Newtown, Sydney, so that's a big call. The Penang curry with tofu was perfect. The chicken chilli basil
