Karls Golden Fry - South Tyneside

I ordered a hot and spicy 12 to go from this restaurant and found that the chili base was so overpowering that it was impossible to eat. I called them to let them know and they were more than happy to replace the dish and deliver it to me for free. This kind of exceptional customer service is why I would highly recommend this takeaway to anyone looking to try it.

Karl is my absolute G man couldn't be any be any better for service and very welcoming MY G. This kebab was amazing .karls shop is very very very warm to the point where he doesnt need a door. karl needs to work on buying some ac and a DOOR. he want to invest his money in air conditioning . BUT oveall he is a great G.

We ordered three pizzas and fries through Just Eat, using contactless payment and delivery. The three pizzas were cooked to perfection and the fries were also excellent. The chilli and garlic sauces were delicious and not watery. Everything was delivered hot and quickly. Overall, the food was great during these lockdown days.

Kebab lunch , a bit more pricy than the other place in Boldon but no better and possibly smaller portions . Never really busy on a lunch time

Karl arrived at my door with a smile from ear to ear. He passed me a coordinated bag stacked full of delicious food, including 2 cans of 10p 7Up (2.3g of sugar per pence, bargain). Me lass loved it, please find attached a picture of her.
