Bidrage med feedbackI was kinda disappointed in the restaurant, I dont know what their attitude is. But I dont know why they are open. Some of the employees ignore you, or they are rude. I dont mind using the kiosk, but if you look at the menu they tell you to order from the kiosk. This was the first McDonald's that I have been to, that they dont really want to help you and they forget something on your stuff that you order, you have to wait their until your food gets cold, bc they basically thing of the drive through first, the people in the inside are last and they dont care about the customer ordering from the inside. Alot of people get frustrated in this business.
This is for the South Sioux location. 95% of the time I never have a problem and things are pretty fresh. The fries were hot and sandwich was correct!
Ordered an #4c meal and added cheese and bacon. Didn?t get any lettuce or tomato, and only got one half piece of bacon, called and talked to the Manager ,Josh, who was not at all helpful, didn?t apologize for the mistake, and told me I had to come back with the sandwich to get a replacement. I live 20 minutes away. Will not be going back to this location.
I was just thrown out of South Sioux City 's McDonalds. After waiting over 10 minutes before even being acknowledged by anyone, I simply asked why the drive thru was receiving all the service and the 8 or so guests , including myself, wasn 't even getting to place an order with anyone. The manager on duty simply stated that because I have not yet purchased my meal I needed to leave the establishment for being rude. Afterwards by calling to find out the owners name and even his name the manager who threw me out, I was hung up on twice. What horrible service.
Where did 20 minutes and watch people I was in line long before get their stuff and the old man that brought me the wrong order acted like it was a secret drug deal so I went back inside and had two people trying to help me but one day figured they couldn't they just left the station so I went through the drive through and got the same runaround so I went back to work and called the store to talk to her manager who finally understood and offered me the right meal that I ordered
