The Order - South Orange

Who knew? What a pleasant surprise. Great quaint eatery with outdoor and indoor seating. Goodness, the food was truly awesome. I typically sit over a menu forever before I can make up my mind. As we went to be seated the waitress came with this steaming bowl ? of awesome smelling food. I couldn't see anything in it but I knew I was ordering it, miss picky me was done and done. It didn't disappoint either. It was may be something relative to Dal or Dai bowl. It had a beautiful Jasmine rice but the flavor was so unique, marinated nice sized bites of chicken breast, which had obviously been marinated in some seasoning I don't know, black beans, pieces of romaine, tomato and a sauce over it. Magically delicious! We also ordered coffee, espresso and a slice of cake that I had no interest In until my daughter said, try it. It had cardimon and whatever, it surprised me also, delicious. My daughter had the biggest chicken sandwich I had ever seen but she and a guest at another table said it was the best they had ever had. The only downside was that they close early, during the week it knocks out those who work. However we got free parking since it was a Sunday. The staff complimented the meal with their great energy and friendliness. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing food and great service. We had to wait ~20 minutes before getting seated. Place gets quite loud at times. Lady in the front has a nasty attitude for some reason.

The food was absolutely delicious. The combination of this bowel was mouth watering. The perfect amount of food for a lunch. We are lucky to have such an amazing restaurant.

The restaurant had a very quirky ordering system where you have to order thru the app even though there is a waitress that's there to ensure the order is correct...would have saved us a good 15 minutes is she simply took our order. The qr code wouldn't work on my android phone but wasn't an issue on my friends iPhone.The food was delicious and the matcha tea I ordered was good as well.

Nice ambiance… great service… amazing food options… loved harry potter themed menu… great brunch spot!!!
