Appalling service. Waited over the 30 minutes as indicated, with 2 young children. The plates came separately, one at a time. The first plate came, the server said “anything else I can get you?” We said “Yes, the other 3 plates! The food was awful. I had a feta cheese and spinach pie in a filo pastry, heated in a microwave? Really soggy, with a “salad” of potato pasta in a mustard mayonnaise! We asked for sauce for the other meals, he came back with mayonnaise? The food was awful and the service really awful too.

We have just visited Endsleigh to see the Xmas things and have lunch. When an omelette, panini, jacket potato and 3 drinks cost over £40, your won't be rushing back, especially when they actually charge for simple sauces and an extra! The Xmas section is no where near as good as it used to be and I have to say I was gobsmacked at the prices. Completely overpriced all of it. So much so we didn't purchase a thing. I'm sure if Endsleigh dropped their prices drastically they would sell more and actually make a larger a profit. They're selling the same stuff as many other retailers but completely out pricing themselves. I very much doubt I'll ever go back.

How can they charge £9.85 for this sandwich? Food used to be good but this will be my last visit.also asked the difference between chips and gourmet chips as they looked exactly the same. I was told there is no difference!!

Not ideal for people who have mobility issues as they have blocked off a lot of the spaces you could walk through but now with the Christmas displays out it is a long route march, especially if in urgent need of the toilet! Yes I know they want to sell Christmas items but no consideration given to elderly or less mobile people. There were so many little dogs in the store today they were a real nuisance, my elderly dad nearly went over because the owners of a dog were not controlling it very dangerous and inconsiderate. I used to enjoy my visits but not anymore.

Overpriced my husband had a risotto which was uneatable. Fish and chips should have said batter and chips very poor quality and not worth the money.
