Mcdonald's - South Grafton

We stopped to the breakfast when we went north. big mistake. first, the lift did not move in spite of the interventions and the push button, so the steep staircase went up (and down). the food tasted as usual. will not go back.

Do not dine at this McDonald's. It's the worst one I have ever been to - the place is dirty, the service is bad, and the waiting times are long. The food is served cold, and to make matters worse, a coworker dropped her glove in the food and then continued serving chicken nuggets in the box. Avoid this place at all costs.

Absolutely revolting. every surface dirty. it was cleaned very long. food areas behind anti-pollution.

Additionally, they do not know how to properly package the food; my fries were overflowing out of the bag and my entire meal was a mess. It seems like they are constantly messing up orders, as we always receive something completely different than what we requested. The service is terrible; the staff seems perpetually unhappy, rarely offering a smile or kind word. We once had a server who handed us our meal and walked away without showing any emotion; it is as if the establishment is filled with robots. Overall, even if you are paying for something, it should be prepared correctly and not taste like garbage. This restaurant needs to improve their service and ensure that their food does not taste like it came from the trash. If you are considering visiting, I would recommend looking elsewhere as you are unlikely to receive what you expected or wanted, and will most likely have to endure a long wait.

Now the town is bypassed this McDonalds looks tired. Like many Maccas it currently does not allow eat in so by the time we discovered our chips were stone cold it was not worth returning, and we will not be.
