Mcdonald's - South Bend

After a long day , my grandchildren wanted me to bring them home McDonalds at 11 pm last night , the people working the drive through couldn't have been more polite or friendly .. very impressive !

They was great. I ordered a large order and forgot some things and they was able to help me out. The woman that handed me the food was awesome. Normally I don't care to much McDonald's. But I do recommend this location.

McDonald's is a good place for a snack. It seems my orders are wrong 1/3 of the time but they always take care of it and redo the mistakes. Quite often the lines are long but they move semi swiftly.

YOU BOUGHT MY FOOD To the young woman who was ahead of me and bought my breakfast order for me a couple of months ago.. GOD BLESS YOU! Thank you soo much! You have no idea how much that made my day! haha (sorry I'm late to post this didn't have a phone at the time) I'm not sure what inspired you to make such a kind gesture towards me but thank you so much you are so appreciated and a blessing! whoever you are..? The whole experience, from ordering to getting my food was less than 10 minutes. Staff was extremely friendly and polite, food was excellent and the service was phenomenal! The entire crew, to include management, needs to go over to the South Michigan Street location and retrain their entire crew and management to show them how it's really done! Great job everyone!!!
