Copper Brothel Brewery - SONOITA

He made a trip from Tucson to especially check the new place, the food and of course the beer. Although the original CBB beer was not finished, the selection of the other brews was great and top notch. Well-kept friends with us, visit Michigan. New building was made very good; loved padding on seats (not only hardwood or cold, hard metal); very stylish overall. Bar's great. The food was very good (the pulled pork sandwich, with homemade brewery bbqsauce. Excellent. All meals were excellent. Server was a pleasure. Very attentive, funny, efficient. Stopped in the office and said hello to Cheryll and Bob, who I had met in Total Wine in Tucson for a few months. Sam, the brewer. Can't wait to come back and sample those in house beer. Great place. Will be back!!!

Tonight, my husband and I were the first time Cooper Brothel Brewery had tried. To say that our high expectations were exceeded would be an understatement. When we moved into the parking lot, we are immediately satisfied with the view of the outside of the building, even up to the landscape construction and lighting. Our server was Monika and she was fun talking to us on the idea behind the store and clumping and the desire of the owners to bring high quality, tasty craft beer to South Arizona. It was nice that she was thrilled with us when we first saw the place. She was a jewel! They have some beers on tap, many from Arizona, and six of them are brewed in the house. Kudos to the Braumeister! We were very happy with the taste and variety of beers and had fun to make a flight to take time to read about the beers and taste them. In an area full of wineries, I think this place is definitely in a really positive way. Looking for INCREDIBLE food? Don't look. We decided to try a bit with an appetizer, two ducks and a dessert. Absolutely delicious! Not only the food came out quickly, it was tasteful and unique. I had pulled pork tacos and her house sworn right into the taco was for dying. The mac-n-cheese of my husband was from this world...we traded meals at the end so that we could enjoy each other's meals! Lol Sonoita is really happy that this brewery comes a part of the community and I cannot wait to see what other delicious brews come from copper bread brewery! You will definitely see us again.

We visited your opening yesterday. We had great beer, excellent food and excellent service (thanks to Martha). We will definitely be back and will not hesitate to recommend as a specific place for friends and guests of the Arizona Outback Inn. A welcome addition to Sonoita.

What a great place to hang with friends. The place looks great. Great food, great beer. Good choices. The prices were also very reasonable. Our waitress did a great job and kept us in the drinks. This was my first visit with friends, but next time....double or triple the number of people we bring. Can't wait until they start brewing. Great work for everyone. Owners, managers, wait staff, cooks and everyone I have forgotten to mention.

We were really looking forward to trying out your new place and it did not disappoint at all! Excellent food, wonderful atmosphere and fantastic service. We were so impressed! A special shout out and Thanks to our waitress Deedee, who made our visit even more enjoyable, had great suggestions for us, and gave excellent service! She was so great, and our Desert Taco was delicious! We can't wait to return and try your beers and more items off the menu!
