The staff in the drive-through have loud and unwelcoming conversations.

I ordered the wrong type of nuggets on a big order and the store manager refused to swap the nuggets Carson said it was because I placed the order in the app and not at the store. Then I get home and the rest of the order is undercooked and the sandwiches have the items on them specifically asked to be removed.

They fry chicken and make Mac and cheese pretty good!

Unwelcoming environment. the employees love to stare at you like you're a problem for even coming in at all. not to mention two other people were tended to before me even though I stood there for almost 10 minutes. when i finally spoke up for myself they gave me dirty looks. maybe do your job or just quit. believe it or not, you don't even have to be there and i'm sure chik fila would prefer a better person in your shoes anyway!! crazy and disappointing.not even the first time this has happened to me at just THIS location. do better.

Food was great, the server was very friendly , even the locals in the store was visiting with other having a good old time
