We have booked this hotel through Agoda on 24th Dec 23, when we reached hotel around 7.30 pm with kid they denied check in for us and told the room was not available for us. Since it was a seasonal time seems they were trying to make changes on the charges which we paid already.they were told that I have paid less and asked to pay extra..then what is the need of paying the amount and booking in online..When we started shouting and they simply said check with Agoda we will not allow to check in.. very pathetic and unprofessional towards the business..

Simply fraud. If the charges in the locality surges your booking will be cancelled by the hotel management without information. On reaching the hotel on due time, you will be denied accommodation mercilessly. This has happened with us on 28.12.2023. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Stay was okay could be better if they provide wifi although they mention wifi for all rooms you will get wifi signal at reception desk only. Which will be an issue for people who are doing workations
