U Spuntinu - Sollacaro

We landed here because it was the only place to eat in the village. I ordered a crepe that was burned and tasteless and the local wine they served was watery, I think they must have added water or something. they have accused the glasses of the fucking watery wein I couldn't even drink. you avoid this place better!

If you want to live the local and experience one of the most idyllic villages in Corsica, then you go to the town of Sollacaro and eat it here. it is a little hard to find when they are open and if they are not. they don't take credit cards, but eating is nice. I had a risotto that was a bit special on the texture (sweet to fried rice), but the taste was very nice. we also had meat, shocked to perfection. good choice when they are close
