Food is good, but drive-thru tends to be a bit unorganized at this location at certain times

/24 Why would you make one whole drive-thru lane a mobile only pick up lane? There were 20+ cars backed up in one lane deeming the whole parking lot useless, and one, 1, car in the mobile lane. Chic fil A's efficiency in getting people in and out is the main reason I go here. Please don't screw that up. I'm not the only one, I wouldn't think that is a customer because of the efficiency. Hopefully it's just this location. Good food though. Hot and fresh.Why do I love it? Its Chick fil A....do I need another reason? Always superb!

ROCK! my chicken minis are hard as a RICK! It’s absolutely ridiculous ? usually they are so great but the past 2 weeks it’s been like this over and over. I spent almost $50-$60 every morning. This is absolutely NOT ok!

This particular chick fila always leaves things out of the bag... like dressing for a salad! Or, utensils to eat the salad. I work from home, they are convenient... but unfortunately, we are finding ourselves going out to the Sugarloaf restaurant. And the fries are mostly the but of the potato or crumbes that are cold!
