The Original Hot Dog Factory - Smyrna

Went to try this place out for the first time yesterday. Time was 7:15PM, they close at 8PM. Walked in and all the chairs were on top of the tables, floor was wet from being mopped. I didn't think they were open. Finally someone came from the back and took our order. We ordered a cheese burger with cheese only, 2 hot dogs and 2 fries to go. $36!! Got home and the burger had everything on it. Had to removed everything but the cheese. The burger was so dry that I ate only 1/2 of it. You would think places charging that much could get it right! Won't eat here again.

The corn dog was yum. We did the loaded fries and onion rings too both good. The loaded fries had chili so only if you live chili. My mom had the Carolina slaw hotdog and she said it was yum too.Food: 5/5

Would have gave. 5 star had a great visit the firs time the cashier a young woman she was nice even recommended the raspberry lemonade which is delicious and I had the Detroit coney and came back today customer service was horrible the cook came to the window looked I spoke how u doing no reply he went back came back look still did not speak the cashier did the same and rude African American I’ll only come now if she is there and it shouldn’t matter what color u are you should greet your customers act like you wanna take my money cuz I like the food and the young lady customer service was wonderful she did an excellent job made me wanna come back and try something different

I had a frito pie burger combo and a Chicago dog. It was all great. The guys that were working that day were cool and good to chat with.Would definitely recommend this place.Food: 5/5

The reviews can leave you questioning whether to try them or not. Well I'm glad I followed my instincts, and gave em a chance. They delivered. Food is good. Support them. Keep up the good work guys! Good ol hot dog, plus awesome toppings. Can't beat.
