Papa Johns Pizza - Slater-Marietta

Amazing service.Parking out front-no public bathrooms. I went Saturday December 2nd right before close and I stress this because the person working was phenomenal!He was extraordinarily nice even though I know we got there 15 min until closing. My dad and I had come from a supremely boring event where there was no food so we were starving so we were so appreciative of kindness and quick service. We ended up getting a pappadia (I wish I got the name of the guy working but we forgot the name of this and said some ridiculous variations and somehow he knew what we were talking about. and I got a gluten free pizza he even gave me the choice of garlic crust. I have been in the service industry before and I know it's annoying to come in so close to closing and asking for speciality food like gluten free pizza so I am sincerely thankful. My dad and I talked about how great the service was. Which is big for him because he's usually annoyed with most service! But we were very impressed. The pizza was amazing too! The pappadia is essentially a pizza folded in half. So pros of that is double cheese and toppings per bite! Gluten free crust is great not the normal super crunchy thin crust. We were starving but it was great. My mom had some of the gluten free pizza and she suffers from acid reflux really bad and she had not problem after eating this. I assume the tomato sauce isn't as acidic as the others? Not sure. I didn't snag a picture because we were starving lolThe place is small- traditional papa John's stop. No place to sit and eat. Always fast. Never had bad service. Prices are average. Friendly service. Usually clean inside, friendly and never had to wait.

Papa Johns is the best pizza, and this is the best Pappa Johns.

Consistently good I always get the carryout special, which is a Lg one top for $7.99. They have recently changed the price a couple of times. So, I’ll be back when the price drops back down to $7 or $7.99. FRUGAL
