Kum Go - Sioux Falls

Always been here. But after today never again. Let's say that the management has to retreat to politics because they are obviously confused. Clerk said it was a policy so I was my money for tobacco product Cuz it was? not for me, so we did our business on the street. I wonder how many others had to do the same. It used to be a great place. I never do business again

Unfortunately, this site has changed dramatically since the last time I stopped about 6 weeks ago. The large coffee bar has 3 coffee machines 2 percussion dispensers a syrup dispenser, sorted creamr tray, icey coffee machine a sink and probably other items. All I mentioned was dirty, all bowls filled with overflow of the item that there was. The built-in drain which passes along the counter I before the dispensers is also filled with spikes of all kinds. Many flies too. 2 of his 3 napkin dispensers were empty, no sticks and the creamer selection was hardly any. I don't like bad reviews, but that was BAD! I hope some changes will stop next time!

Pump didn't print gas receipt. Went inside store to get receipt. Advised worker he needs to get someone out there to add tape to pump. He says they have done that a couple of times and they don't know what is wrong with it with a smile on his face. I said well then I know not to use that pump. I don't believe him I just don't think he wanted to come out to refeed it. 3/19/2019 pump 4. $63.13. Receipt he printed shows term I'DJD19075623 6:36;15 PM 1400 N Minnesota Ave Sioux Falls SD 57104. If the machine has a problem most every station places a note on machine until fixed I don't take a lieing employee lightly and by the smerk on his face. He is just lazy and doesnt want to leave his station as he was a pretty boy and I am sure he didn't want to get his hands dirty. Point is Don't Lie to Customers there is no reason for it. Most customers are very understanding. He could have simply said I know it needs to be done but I can't right now... Honesty goes a long way. Likely won't stop at this Kum Go again.
