Starbucks - Simi Valley

Worst Starbucks in Simi! I feel bad for the young staff because they actually do a good job but the manager and older staff are the problem. The manager took a personal phone call while my mother was in line waiting to place an order and had to wait for her to finish! I ordered a grande and she gave me a tall?‍

Slow service overpriced coffee just not worth. Unless your just a spoiled BRAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Going into Albertsons on Madera for a passion ice tea is a joy. Not the long lines, quick service and one can have a conversation with the barista . Of course I'm not a every day tea person. Hot chocolate in winter and ice tea during warm weather.

2nd time I had a rude server in this store.I stopped spending so much on coffee but once in a while I will treat myself. I will stop treating myself while shopping so I don't ruin my mood.
