Wingstop - Silver Spring

Serving can take long almost never ready on time; location is clean. They offer delivery as well due to the pandemic. need management to get things on time even when there are many staff members! I wish the customer service was better. Wings were too dry and not marinated enough.

Good wings cooked right. The baskets of fries are huge. It's the sauces that are lacking in flavor.

This place has top quality tasting chicken. I try not to do delivery and get the orders myself but when its available and sometimes free its very convenient. Im happy i can tip the drivers on the app. This order was better than ever. I tried their original hot and lemon pepper. If i could give this rating a 6 i would. In store is great the staff are really friendly,restaurant is very clean also. It's my favorite location so far.

I've been going to this wingstop since last summer and it's been the best one in this area since I started eating here. The store is always clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They're very consistent and everyone seems super nice. It always gives off great vibes and positivity with the cashiers. I've been to very very awful wingstops around the area and I will never betray this wingstop again. Thank you guys for being the best and allowing us to eat good food. Give them a raise. NOWWWWW.

This place has gone down the rabbit hole….I’m a long time customer and never had an experience like I did yesterday…I was served raw chicken…on top of them forgetting to make the 3rd combo that was part of my order. When you make people sick you have a huge problem on your hands….I don’t want a free meal or a coupon..We just want the original Wingstop experience…I pretty much speak for everyone that ordered on 4/27/22…..
