Very Nice Friendly People, great food!! Parking: Wheelchair parking was not full for once. Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair parking but there ramp is really in the wrong spot !! They should have more wheelchair ramps!!!! Immediately entering the whole place smelled like bleach really strongly, but we were all hungry and in a hurry and stayed. We waited 40 minutes to receive food that was incorrectly made, 3/4 dishes were wrong.. our youngest side of fries was completely missing and when it was given, there was literally 8 fries on the plate. the waitress was sweet, felt bad for her but there was really no reason for the delay we were 1 of 4 tables in the entire place on a Tuesday night. Stood at the front waiting for someone to be able to pay the ticket as well for a good 10 minutes. Will not be back, disappointed the establishment has gone downhill so badly. Did a pick up order and on it we got fajitas for 2 and got 14 pc of meat and all onions! Also had a taco salad on my order that was left off! Called to speak with the manager and was told she had to talk with her manager and would call me back! Call back next day and spoke with same said manager, stated that 14 pice’s of meat was standard on stake fajitas for 2! And that she is still waiting to speak to other manager over the tack salad! Absolute rip off and extremely poor customer care! I shouldn’t have to fight for a refund! We spent over 130$ never again! Just spoke to the general manager and she was lovely and is so concerned about the customer service! Highly recommend waiting to speak to her! Thank you the replacement food was amazing!
