Pizza Hut - Sidney

I'm about done with pizza hut. They keep trying to play me for stupid The last 2 times they rung me in for things I didn't even order. Plus try force to me to order things I don't even want. When I have ordered the Same thing multiple times and had it delivered tell me that u can't do it is Bs but to try to force me repeatedly to order more than I want and extra food that would just go to wait then put me on for over 20mins then when I hang up to call back only to tell me ur closed when u don't close to 11 just to get out severing is also B's. As a fast food worker I would like to say understand that nobodys perfect that mistakes do happen took screen shots to prove my case I didn't cuss or anything. This makes 4x total that I have had issues with them I will no longer be ordering from there. I have been nothing but patient and understanding but this where I draw the line. I don't usually complain about a lot. But I am completely done with the pizza hut on Russel Rd in Sidney Ohio this is the last straw this I was hung up on

I ordered online tonight at 439pm and at 535pm still nothing then i find out they have no delivery drivers and are using door dash and the dasher shows coming from piqua. while my food was made and sitting there getting cold. Seriously ? I cancelled my order immediately and called somewhere else absolutely ridiculous

Asked for cheese because I forgot to order it, repeated it back to me and still gave me marinara lmao

You wait 10 minutes in the lobby and no one comes out. I shouldn’t have to yell back to them. Maybe add a bell

You have changed your hand tossed crust and not for the better. For awhile now the cheese has had an off taste and it seems to have been changed to a cheese product. Our breadsticks were plain. We miss the sprinkled on cheese topping, please bring it back.
