Maxwell Street Grill - side

Everything was good except the cornbread. How do you mess up cornbread? And why did they put gravy on my baked chicken and dressing. I don't like gravy on my food. You need to ask somebody first!

Tonight was possibly the first time I have them one star I stood in line maybe 20 minutes to order for them to only get my order wrong I asked for 4 steak tacos and 2 sides of fries instead I got 2 steak tacos and four sides of fries I wasn't getting back in line to order seeing how I travel all the way from near south shore for these tacos I like the other workers who there last year better they never got my order wrong and from what I witnessed alot of orders were wrong

While I love their grilled chicken sandwich I hate how slow they are. They take 30 to 40 mins for 5 ppl. They need more help

The food is good depending on what you get. Not a fan of their tacos or their fish sandwiches but the polishes and bugers really good for a quick bite. Way better then McDonald's and burger king. You always get free fries with your order

Classic Chicago food joint. Really struggling in the pandemic but worth it for the good food!
