Crumbl Cookies Roscoe Village - side

Really terrible customer service. Put in an order through the crumbl ap for delivery. It was never picked up/delivered so I called the store an hour and a half later and they explained that the door dash driver was the one who canceled it and they were not responsible for it. Their problem solving for this issue was to cancel the tip that I put for the door dash driver after I never approved or asked for that. Now the driver who does pick up the order will not receive a tip! This location was unwilling to accommodate the inconvenience of a delivery that was supposed to be delivered for my brother's birthday hours before. Will never order from this location again! If you have an order that's sitting in your system for an hour and a half that's the stores problem at that point and they were so unwilling to accept responsibility for this.

Cute and simple kitchen, clean and honestly have no complaints

Crumbl Cookies are to live for. Every week I wait for new flavors to try. Highly recommend if you love cookies and not afraid to devour sugar.
