My second time ever eating at any of the chains. I've been a loyal customer of Panera Bread for years, but my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. It seems like there have been significant changes in management that have adversely affected the overall dining experience. The food I received was far from the quality I've come to expect from Panera. It lacked the freshness and taste that used to define this establishment. It's disheartening to see a place I once loved fall so far from its former glory. I truly hope that Panera Bread can address these issues and restore its previous reputation for delicious and satisfying meals. Until then, I'll have to think twice before returning.
