Chipotle Mexican Grill - Shrewsbury

My partner and I ordered online from this business, not only that they did not have our order ready at the scheduled time, but they were completely unapokalet about it. in order to supplement injuries, they refused to make our food at all, although we showed that we were paid and ready to wait. my partner wasn't rude or unkind for them, so they had absolutely no reason to reject the service. I am absolutely appalled that chipotle would reject the service for a paying customer. each time I went to a restaurant, with a mixup over an online order, they have made the order and apologised. there is absolutely no excuse for this unprofessional behavior. avoid this chipotle at all costs.

I got food poisoning tonight and tried to call the store but the girl who answered did not seem concerned. Please do not eat the lettuce there.

This place is absolutely disgusting. We just left this evening, the food is horrible. They were out of almost everything, the food they did have looked so old, the tables were filled with old food and trash you couldn’t even sit down. There were dirty dishes stacked to the ceiling on the center cool area. The sodas were flat, waste of 30$! Will NEVER eat here again! Stay clear on a Sunday evening, unless you want food poisoning!

Probably one of the worst chipotles I've been to. Did an online mobile order that was supposed to be picked up at 8:30 PM. Arrived at 8:30, the food was not ready. Waited around in my car for an additional 10 minutes and then walked in and had to wait a few more minutes until I got my food. Drove all the way home only to find out that the order was completely wrong. Returned to the store to get my money back and was told I had to call 1-800-Chipotle because it was a mobile app order, WTF. The food looked unappetizing AF so there was no way we were going to eat it. Total dump. Ended up going to Burger King where at least they got the order right. I used to like going to chipotle but this experience has soured me

Terrible. The dining room was filthy. Trash and food on floors and tables. No one was sitting down. There were only 2 other customers waiting for their orders. At least 8 employees were behind the counter. The side order of tortillas were glued together in foil and could not be eaten. Food bland. This was at 4:00.
