Piccadilly - Shreveport

This is the second time, I have received meals without sides. I got 12 shrimp and no sides, The chopped steak came with one side only. I was given a $3 dollar refund. It is not worth the price when you get only the meat!

FISH WAS NOT COOKED THRU..AND IT WAS HARD AND COLD...CORNBREAD WAS SO HARD I COULDNT BITE IT...AND I DID NOT GET BROCCOLI RICE CHEESE AUG. A CUP OF CHEESE

A throwback to my younger days a great experience. Very happy to see Picadilly back operating in Shreveport. Some places don't need to change Picadilly is one. EVERYTHING tasted great and my sever went above and beyond.

The Shreveport location needs a serious renovation. Bathroom is in horrible shape. And is just drab. Food served cool not hot. Had to send back to be warmed up. They had NO carrot soufflé which is a signature side. The server Gloria was great though.

EXCELLENT Service and the food was VERY VERY GOOD.. I had not been there in a long time but was VERY pleased with everything.. I highly recommend you try it..
