Night ladder was extremely rude, argumentatiw and annoyed after I tried to give feedback about the small 5oz part of over spiced pommes, soured cottage cheese, dry overcooked fried chicken and her behavior to me. I was worried enough to eat my kids stop eating so it could be thrown out. this manager was so demanding to reimburse a refund that I could not even share with this long-term local institution. I had to run away without refund, because she was totally inappropriate, even trying to talk with and had no interest in calming her tone, and still the nerve had to wish me a blessed day when I came out. I went back the next morning and the day leader was completely understanding and professional. he gave a refund and heard and appreciated all the feedback I had to offer. my family of 5 had not much to eat yesterday, but at least we have our $50 back to spend elsewhere. I highly recommend that everyone who has to talk to people in their profession: do not argue with their customers, especially others and employees! it is completely unprofessional and unprofessional. I will never again eat powder river pizza or recommend.

My husband and I each ordered a personal pan pizza breadsticks along with a broasted chicken leg and breast. The food was amazing along with a very friendly and attentive server.
