Phillip's Ice Cream - Shelbyville

Vegetarian decisions. Desperately, portion sizes of food were small. Soup was delicious. We were there for lunch, and breakfast could be better. It should be ice water in the middle of the restaurant, but ice cream was long gone.

That was right at the hotel where my husband and I lived. Because of my husband, who didn't get food in the sonication, waited 15 minutes, literally, and was never waited for), we decided to go to Mimi. He got the Buffalo chicken pack and chips $8.99), and said it had a pretty bite to him and tasted great. It was huge too! I had a Mima Mingle. Size and price were comparable to other chain ice stores, and you have 2 mix-ins. It was absolutely delicious. The girls worked very nice. It's a bit off the beaten path, but it's worth it.

Very disappointing. People were nice, but ice wasn't. They apply hot fudge, but as girl said, it's not hot only chocolate syrup. Ice was too soft. Tables and chairs needed wipes. Wouldn't stop here again.

What a great place! Great mocha and delicious cinnamon rolls! A beautiful and sweet place to eat, both inside and outside. Very friendly staff! Love the decor!

Best ice cream around! And prices are affordable! Great service!
