Papa Johns Pizza - Shawnee

I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni large pizza, because it was on special last night. I was surprised when I got it and it was all pepperoni. We also had to wait at the window for about 5 minutes because there was only one person working and he was in the bathroom. The pizza was good but it was suppose to be half and half but it was made all pepperoni. Also, I would say 1/3 of the pizza was undercooked and raw, so I had to throw it away. I’ve ordered here before and this was also a problem, undercooked pizzas seem to be a common problem here.

I’ve always had the best service at this Papa John’s. Fast, easy, just the way I like a lot of things in this life. I don’t know maybe when the dead awake in some sick apocalyptic scenario you’ll find me at this Papa John’s eaten fresh Pizza, and drinking a cold beer. Even though they don’t serve alcoholic beverages if they did well, I’d probably move next-door. Because if there’s two things in this life, I love its pizza and beer. What I’m trying to say is is that Papa John’s is the best pizza in town and if you don’t agree, well I understand. It’s hard to be wrong all the time but here we are…

So dissatisfied with Papa Johns! Downloaded online app, to place order. Built pizza, only to remember that the last time I ordered from there, they delivered me a pizza that had shifted in the box and all the toppings were on one side of the pizza! Lol Papa Johns manager offered to remake it, or give me a credit to make it right. Thank you. But, when I wanted to confirm the credit, it's not an available option online to know whether the credit is there. This requires talking directly to manager. Good for you, you offer the prompt to talk to manager, but after 7 separate calls, and being disconnected 7 times, I'm done trying! I'll just go get Chick filet instead!

The employees and manager went above and beyond for us! We had an extremely bad experience with a different pizza place that night and just needed some dinner. When we expressed that while placing our order, they went way above and beyond to make sure our dinner experience was turned around. They did not have to but they did. Now THAT is customer service! We told them they have won our loyalty for pizza in shawnee!

Most incompetent food place in Shawnee. I’ve ordered twice and both times have been horribly wrong. Don’t know why it’s so hard to do your job and follow and order. And they were rude when I called back. DIDNT EVEN CUT ONE OF MY PIZZAS AND THE PEPPERONI PIZZA CAME WITHOUT PEPPERONIS.
