Mcdonald's - Shakopee

I came through 3x today and every time my order was missing something. The only reason it's not a star is because it wasn't. I was hoping it was just a fuke, but 3x a day is terrible service. I couldn't go in and talk about it because I was in my break. Paying food and not everything you paid is theft.

It was only served for fries and bought a burger somewhere else. Everyone knows that their fries are just fresh. I owe lazy employees.

I went through the ride and got a bacon, eggs and cheese mcgriddle. It was worth the $3,99 I paid. When I opened it, I noticed they gave me a dry cookie with a single sausage. They literally didn't get a single thing with a sandwich job. How are you doing bad? I'm sorry.

I only give a star because I had to give at least one star. My husband ordered three $3 bundles, which is a double cheese burger and small frit. We had our food and two of them were hot and fresh. We'll go through and tell them that one was still cold. We received another order and it was not prepared as it was ordered (no ketchup no must) the third time to get the burger it was still cold. They gave him free cake, but the food was still bad. Today at 1/9 at 11:55a.

Drive thru people were very professional and kindly asked us to pull to the overflow parking spot. Quickly the last of our meal was brought to us. I'm just returning from a surgical stay at the hospital and bought enough food for a few meals. Unloading the order when we got home we noticed the second bag brought to the car by has employee had napkins but nothing else in the bag. We paid for two extra meals and got the main entree but no fries for any of them. Unbelievable.
