The table fee is 1000 yen, but it is definitely worth it. All of the dishes were delicious. Parking near the restaurant is 100 yen per hour. Just be aware that if you don't like cats, it may not be the best choice as there is a friendly cat at the restaurant.

Samatime is a restaurant in a traditional wooden house, and everything comes in special seto dishes of the region. Her lunch menu was the Buddaschale ¥1500, which had ~15 different items that were each very delicious. It also came with miso soup. It was full.
