I went to this restaurant in March 2021 and it was dirty, especially about the soda, spicy and utensil counters. the floor was wet with soda and that.

8 people working and it took 20 minutes to get my order, there were no one in the line

Ordered 5 biggie bag blt, w/ no mayo. I get the sandwich and mayo is blown on the side as they put it on, but stopped, but they had made another rather than just giving me that.then I wait to get it on the window for a few minutes. then they had no drinks? only koks and water. how really? then only had hot honey and pepper sauce for the nuggets. I ordered the pfeffer, but not like one. They don't put hot honey on the entrance, what I ordered and not in the pocket. how wow...then the cash register (the eating served one) warns really customer friendy just opened the window...and said $5.50...no hallo, no repetition of the order to his correct nothing...handed me my card, eating and closed the window greeting. fyi to management.you never just. a. dissatisfied customer. I'll let that marinate.

The food was good and hot and ready. Customer service was 7 out of 10.
