Mcdonald's Restaurants - Sefton

I get McDonald's once a month and this McDonald's have never got the order right, the level of incompetence is ridiculous, it is actually difficult to be that thick, probably the last macdonalds il ever eat, waste of time

Something seriously wrong with your coffee today. That taste is NOT coffee. If you need a de ent coffee contact any McDonalds in Preston. This and Kew is VILE. I suggest someone checks this quickly.

Ordered our girls and ourselves a meal last night via the drive through, I have no idea what had happened, maybe it was an inconvenience as we had asked for one of the Big Macs plain but just with mustard on (for my 10 year old), Parked up and noticed that my Big Mac was stone cold and had tasted really strange, opened it up to find out that they had put pepper inbetween the layers of the Big Mac, absolutely disgusted (I could have a pepper allergy) drove back around to ask them and they all laughed. Kept trying to ring to speak to a manager but I’m guessing the phones are off the hooks? I’m taking this as high as I can go, if I was allergic this would have been a lawsuit. It’s vile, and clearly everyone on shift last night should be sacked.

Standard McDonald’s food, all hot and as expected and came quickly. A staff member named Adrian made balloon animals for all 3 of our kids and was really friendly and welcoming. Made a run of the mill trip to McDonald’s really enjoyable.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant at night. I work night shifts and stopped by for a coffee. When I pulled up to the speaker, no one answered. I had to drive around multiple times to get their attention. When I finally got to the window, three employees were there but ignored me. The person handing me my change did so carelessly, causing the money to fall on the floor. When I went to the next window to pick up my coffee, the staff was too busy cleaning to help me. After speaking through the speaker again, someone finally made my coffee. It was a chaotic and frustrating experience, and it seemed like the staff didn't care or have proper management.
