This is a lovely restaurant with a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. The staff is knowledgeable about what "vegan" means and is eager to provide suitable choices. The food is excellent, and the service is great as well.

Mo Bay Grill offers some fantastic vegan options in a part of Florida that isn’t very vegan-friendly. The vegan dishes were clearly marked on the printed menu, although they’re not indicated on the online version. The waitress mentioned that just the night before our visit, they served a group of 35 vegans! I ordered the I'tal pot, which I found to be delicious and quite filling—I ended up taking half of it home. My partner had the coconut cream angel hair pasta, which he enjoyed quite a bit.
