Zeeks Pizza - Seattle

This is the kind of pizza that a home cook could make if they had access to all the tools a pizza shop offers. That's not to say it's bad, but it's not great pizza.This place is also very slow, and pretty expensive. I guess they can get away with the prices in this neighborhood.On the plus side, it's a fantastic space, with great outdoor seating.

Woud love to love this place. Good food, great beers. But 0 attention to customers. I had to leave 2x !!)because after 30min at the bar nobody came over. Instead folks were chatting to each other. Pathetic.

John K is a terrible host. My family frequents here often and he gives us a bad attitude every time. I’ve never complained about this before but I’m typing this as we’re leaving Zeeks as they delayed our order for over 30 minutes and declared that we would have to take it to go, even though there were several patrons still eating inside the restaurant. This is terrible customer service and John was being sarcastic and non apologetic the whole time.

It's our neighborhood pizzeria. I want to love it but can't... Pizzas take a minimum of 30-40 minutes. Sometimes closer to an hour. That doesn't work if you have hungry, impatient kids. A good place to grab a beer and pizza with a friend though.
