Wa'z Seattle

I was excited to see a kaiseki dinner here in Seattle. I really enjoyed this experience. The service was phenomenal. The plating was beautifully done. The tuna and wagyu were out-of-this-world delicious. I tried so many new foods/flavors that I've never tried previously. It's really pricey, but worth the experience at least once, especially if it's for a special occasion.

Fantastic meal. The experience overall was amazing, and the food left me speechless each time! 10/10 recommend if you're in the Seattle area. I'll come back to Seattle just for this restaurant!

Great experience for one of those days when you want to be treated in a special way. Great selection of fish plates and wagyu, that is beyond heaven!

We had a wonderful birthday dinner here. the personal was super attentive and the eating was authentic. we had kaiseki in japan on many places and I loved this restaurant?s creative take Japanese cuisine. highly recommended!
