January 20 2024, I have some minor issue at that A&W particular location BUT today! wow I order a side of French fries and she ask me if it was to stay or to go ! at first I said to stay BUT when she gave me the French fries I got called to work asap So I ask her for a bag TO ONLY BE TOLD 0.15 cents please! Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont care about the 0.15 cents Thats NOT the POINT! but to be ask for that ! if thats a new fee or whatever ADVERTISE it ON YOUR COUNTER prior for Clients to place an order OR ask the customer is it to stay or to go and INFORM right away the client there is an additional charge for a bag ALONE if its to go I left the French fries on the counter and walked out It is very unlikely that I will EVER go back to that location for that and many other reasons WHICH is ashamed as I also gas up at that Location (as I drive for a living and I spend ruffly $15000 on a yearly basis ! at that particular location ! so good luck on repeat customers! as I am not gonna be one of them very soon . As far as A&W I will call head office first thing monday morning To discuss that particulary! How embarrassing was my experience to be ask for 0.15cents for a bag so that I could go to my car! with my fries I HOPE you enjoy the fries on me Cheers.

Absolutely disgusting food handling. I've never seen anything like this in my life. In saner times the owner would be in prison for this kind of behaviour.

The quality of food is bad .Got stomach flu by eating there burgers and the burger smell like a medicine infused burger wont go back and eat A W anymore Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30 Recommended dishes: Sweet Potato Fries, Beyond Meat Burger

I don't usually leave bad reviews... This store is not professional. They don't have free milk on the side (for coffee purchase) . They also gave me a wrong order for the breakfast. But they told me I was speaking not clearly. The truth is the store clerk didn't pay much attention when listening order. Overall, the store crew are not very attentive which needs further improvement. Service: Dine in
