Mcdonald's - Scottsville

All of my family and friends can tell you how obsessed I've been with McDonald's my whole life. I've been to some good ones and bad ones. We moved to Scottsville a few months ago and this is the worst one I have ever been to. I use the rewards app to get my son a free cheeseburger happy meal when I have the points. I've never had a problem doing this until today. Was told they don't do cheeseburgers only hamburgers. Funny bc you just did it last week. Fine whatever I'll pay the money for cheese. Then I go to use my coupon for a big Mac meal. Was told I had to do a separate order. Again never had an issue before but fine. Asked for no pickles or onions. Start eating and the meat tasted nasty. I open it up to look at it and had extra onions and the meat looked like it had been chopped up in the middle. I'm sure they don't respond to their Google reviews and nothing will ever get done. But yall need to get it together

In my opinion, with it being a Big Name restaurant, I think it could be a lot better, if they would check the order before they hand it to the customer.

At our local McDonald's I am curious with upper management why you have a order online option. If when a customer decides to do just that and in this example decided to order breakfast at 10 am due to knowing breakfast ends at 10:30 and knowing that we wouldn't be able to get there last minute so it made sense to order online . But to our surprise when we got there our drinks where made but the cashier let us know that they had cancelled our food order due to breakfast ends at 10:30 .so what is the purpose of ordering online early if your employees dictate when your order is going to be made .I can understand if it where a first time user of the app or if we sent our order at 10:29 am but this was not the case . Even if it was breakfast does not end till 10:30 at this particular branch. Very disappointed to see that your managers doesn't abide by your own sales description of when breakfast ends and lunch begins. So basically what it seems to me is breakfast ends when your employees say so. Or your online ordering is not needed as your employee s pick and choose when they want to start your orders your pick. But being in a type of public service my self we advertise we are open till 6 pm and if someone calls at 5:59 pm no matter how far away that call is we go out and take care of our client .seems like your upper management would want your business ran this way as well. This is why the low rating and ps if you make my moca frappe at 10 :15 and it's melted then why wasn't my food made .

McDonald’s has come a long way. It was a pleasant experience.

Guess it's too complicated to get no onions on a burger even though it even says on the receipt no onions. Won't waste my time coming back again.
