Whataburger - Scottsdale

Great service. The manager and staff were fantastic. We had a great conversation he got us some milkshakes to try and gave us some merchandise. A lovely guy who couldn't do enough for us. Absolutely fantastic thank you so much!

Super duper slow. I know they are supposedly making it fresh, but too slow. I didn't time it specifically, but there was only one car in front of us and from stop to go, we were there 20 minutes or more. Food is better than most fast food IMO, whichmakes up for the sloth pace. Please click ???? if this was helpful.

Has not understood our order correctly! Long line in the drive thru, left a cheese burger meal, and the cashier at the drive was in a terrible mood. No, not back!

Waited in line for about 5 minutes before someone greeted us to order our food, laughingly asked if they took our order. Ordered our food and Waited another 8 minutes at the window while 4 of the staff just sat there talking and laughing, with a kitchen of 8 people you would think it would take less than 15 minutes to get your order.

I placed my order for 3 meals for the 3 of us, the only thing I requested was some ketchup. The gal asked regular or spicy, which I replied some of each. Never got it NONE. it would seem easy to do but no, cant remember that, doubt I will ever go back, fries aren't that good with NOTHING,
