Rosati's Pizza - Scottsdale

I decided to give this restaurant another try and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the pizza was. It seems like they may have been having a bad day when I first tried it, possibly due to the pandemic, but now I will definitely be making this my go-to spot for thin crust pizza. The staff was just as friendly as last time and were very grateful for my business. This was one of the best thin crust pizzas I have ever had. The crust was perfectly baked with a slight char around the edge, and the sauce was really tasty. My only complaint would be the cheese - it wasn't bad, just not as good as the rest of the ingredients. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable.

The best cannolis in Scottsdale can be found here. After touring various Italian restaurants in the area for two years, we finally discovered the most delectable and irresistible cannoli. The thin crust pizza was generously topped with our favorite ingredients and just the right amount of cheese. While I would have preferred the signature drippy-oil style from New Jersey/New York as I folded the slice into a triangle, I was pleasantly surprised to find it cut into squares. Being from New Jersey, I tend to stick to my traditions. Our sodas were refreshingly ice cold, which was a nice touch. We will definitely be returning frequently for more delicious meals. Thank you!

Rarely do I write restaurant reviews, especially pizza places, because much like burgers and tacos, so many places claim to have the best. And although I haven't tried every pizza in Scottsdale, this Rosati's is the best I've had thus far. The traditional thin crust is perfectly crisp. The sauce and cheese tastes like the Chicago that I am familiar with. And the meat and veggie toppings are always fresh (I try different toppings each time). My choice last night was Canadian bacon, spinach, tomatoes, and ricotta. Very impressed. On Tuesdays, you can get one large or extra large at 50% off. I have already marked my calendar with one day prior reminders. Exceptional pizza.

Owners are friendly and food is delicious. I?ve always loved their pizza here, but I just recently tried their Italian beef sandwich and I can?t even describe in words how delicious this sandwich was! You will have to try one for yourself!!!

Definitely one of the best pizzas in the country! I love the cheese and sausage. You get it hot and you get it in 10 minutes! Great place
