Bidrage med feedbackThis coffee shop had the worst service I've ever experienced. Despite there being at least 6-7 employees working, no one acknowledged me and they mostly talked amongst themselves. I had to approach someone to ask if anyone would take my order, and when they finally did, they left it on the counter without letting me know. When I inquired if the order was mine, they simply said it was a bagel. I asked to speak to a manager, who said she would be with me shortly but continued washing dishes instead. Frustrated, I ended up leaving. It was clear that the employees felt as though providing customer service was a burden.
We always enjoy coming to this restaurant. The coffee is excellent with a wide variety of choices and syrup flavors. The food is also fantastic. Overall, we give it a 5 out of 5 rating.
This is literally the best coffee shop in the whole world. The staff is always friendly and the food is always great. I recommend that you check out their breakfast sandwich, the eggs are fluffy and the bacon is crispy. Also check out what they call the Cranberry Croissant, it's a turkey sandwich. One of the staff members once recommended it as a wrap instead, which I totally agree with. Don't get me wrong on the croissant, it definitely rocks hard. But getting it as a wrap means that you don't have to feel bad about the extra carbs bro. Just a head up, their chessboard is missing two of it's pieces, but no biggie. Also, inside each of their bathrooms, under the sink, you'll find a hot water booster. So you don't have to worry about it. All in all, if you live in the neighborhood, you should definitely consider yourself lucky. 10 Stars!Vegetarian options: DefinitelyKid-friendliness: One time some hooligans graffitied one of the bathrooms so they kicked out all the kidsParking: The parking lot is literally right in frontWheelchair accessibility: TotallyDietary restrictions: I don't have any of these but I always hear people in front me list off a bunch, and the staff is always accommodating .
I visited twice in two consecutive days and had an iced tea, an iced coffee, a breakfast burrito, and a chocolate muffin. The food was a bit bland, the drinks were weak, and although I was the only one there, the service was for some reason slow,Food: 3/5
Renegade Coffee was delicious to drink but their customers service really brings down my rating.I found Renegade Coffee one morning and ordered a protein smoothie, Indian Fog, and a burrito from SpotOn. The app let me know that it would be about 20 minutes. When I got to the shop, I waited about 15 minutes because I understand those app wait times can be off. I walked over to the right side of the bar where I was blatantly ignored. The girl wouldnt make eye contact and angled her body away from me. After a few moments of waiting, I just asked where the togo orders were. She pointed to the other side of the bar. As more people came in and picked up their food, I finally go over to the togo area on the left side of the bar. Yet again, I was ignored twice by girls who were making other togo orders. Again, they did not make eye contact and would angle their bodies away from me. Eventually the person working the register took pity on me and asked if I was okay. I told them that I placed a togo order 45 minutes ago. At which time, I found out that no one had made my drinks. So I had to wait another 15 minutes before getting my drinks. Finally, I am handed my drinks and I find out that my breakfast burrito had been sitting for almost an hour. I didnt have time to wait even longer for them to make me a new burrito so I left. When I did finally get to eat the burrito was cold and the tortilla was mushy. As you can tell, it was really a disappointing experience.I will say that the protein smoothie and the Indian Fog were pretty good which is why it is 3 stars but the drinks alone arent worth returning for.
