P.f. Chang's - Scottsdale

I had an AMAZING experience with the P.F. Changs location at 7135 E. Camelback Road. I needed to place an order for delivery but the items I needed were not on the onlne menu. I called in to the store and was taken through the entire process by a very helpful hostess and then the Manager herself. She got on the line to make sure my entire order was correct in every particular. She didnt just meet my expectations she exceeded them and was very courteous. And the meal... I will confess that it was the best I have ever had. I dont mean it was the best delivery meal, or the best meal in any particular category. I mean this was the best meal I have ever had, hands down anywhere ever. If you doubt me call them up and order the Mongolian chicken. It may not be on the menu but your stomach will thank you.

The food was cold, the dumplins were hard and the chicken noodles has no jusice on it! I can usually count on your guys.so disappointed

Nice, seemed a little forgotten, would have been nice to get more water and waiter didn’t offer dessert. Really overall very nice, a place to have a good conversation and enjoy great food.

Every restaurant that we have ate at is different. We prefer the restaurant at the chandler mall. We have eaten there several times in the pas. We love the beef and broccoli and the moo goo Kai pan. Why aren’t all the menus the same?

I love PF Changs food . I usually go to Kierland location and order Kung Pao shrimp and it’s always excellent. This time at Waterfront location it was a little too salty and not as crispy. Everything else was great . Service was outstanding!
