New York Bagels 'n Bialys - Scottsdale

To put it plainly up front, this sandwich sits firmly near the top of the mountain of meals Ive been lucky enough to enjoy in this life. The salt bagel was absolutely pristine. The eggs and meats were prepared exactly as one would wish. The cream cheese and hollandaise were stunning. The portions were so generous Id have easily been convinced I was back in New York, sitting at my Grandmothers dining table. Did I mention how incredible the Salt bagel was?? I do not speak hyperbolically when I say that I will think about this sandwich for a long, long time. I will spend the entirety of my morning tomorrow thanking myself for getting an extra. NYB&B, thank you for feeding me with love.

The potato pancakes were good, but didnt come with sour cream. I didnt get my extra pickles. The Reubens were good, but we requested different bread.

This restaurant is all over the place. The Bagels 6 are awful, dry crumbly, I apos;d rather get Einstein Bros. The Egg A Bagel was decent, but the bialy was pretty bad... dry crumbly. The Blintzes 3 were incredible! The Matzo Ball Soup was really yummy. The Rugeluch was disgusting ridiculously overpriced. The Potato Pancakes 3 were decent, nothing special. Instead of the Halvah Bar, which I was SO looking forward to, they sent a stale, 4 days past expiry date, chocolate chocolate chip cookie. I was going to give 3 stars but the blintzes were worth the extra star.

I took a rather aggressive bite of my bacon/egg/cheese sandwich and egg yolk from the perfectly cooked over medium egg shot out, hitting me directly in the chest. Shirt was ruined but the sandwich was so good I didnt care 10/10

First time trying this restaurant. Everything was so good!!! the veggies in my Build Your Own Omlette were so fresh and its a huge portion. The Latte/Cappuccino is delicious. probably the best espresso drink Ive had in a long time. havent tried the Bowl Matzo Ball Soup yet but I know it will be good. Thank you!!!
