Al Hamra - Scottsdale

This restaurant in North Scottsdale serves the best Indian food. We have tried at least 10 Indian restaurants in the Phoenix area, and this one is top-notch. We stumbled upon Al Hamra on our way home and decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious lamb vindaloo and a variety of other dishes we ordered. My wife loved the samosas, although I wasn't as impressed. Overall, the chef demonstrates skill in the kitchen, and the food is consistently excellent. While it may be a bit pricey due to its location, we highly recommend dining at Al Hamra.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. I have dined at numerous Indian restaurants and this one is definitely one of the best. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The food was incredibly delicious and not heavy. I give it two thumbs up.

The food was fantastic and the Naan bread was exceptional. The curry dishes had the perfect balance of spice.
