The food has been declining for three years. The worst hot and sour soup I've ever had. Should be called tofu and mint soup.

Great Chinese in the heart of Scotch Plains. The ingredients were the freshest I've had in Chinese food in a very long time. The hot and sour soup wasn't as hot spicy as I prefer but had a wonderful texture as a base. I ordered the shrimp with eggplant Szechuan style. Aside from my adding some of their homemade hot mustard, the dish was superb. I'll be back to try some more dishes!

The Sesame chicken comb plate ordered. For $15 you get a spring roll, choice of rice type, chicken and a few broccoli. The food was pretty ready...
